PAC OS-2CTS OnStar Adaptor Radio Replacement Interface Cadillac CTS 2003-2007 and SRX 2004-2006 Vehicles features:
- PAC (Pacific Accessory Corporation) OS-2CTS OnStar Adaptor Radio Replacement Interface Select Cadillac CTS and SRX Vehicles
- The OS-2CTS is a plug and play interface that allows the installation of an aftermarket radio into Cadillac CTS and SRX vehicles.
- It will maintain operation of the OnStar and factory amplified audio system.
- OnStar audio will play through the front speakers when active.
- It also retains all warning chimes and Vehicle Rear Parking Assist chimes.
- Class II circuitry will not disable vehicle data bus even if interface loses power.
- OnStar active LED and Ignition on LED.
- Provides +12v switched accessory output. No more searching for switched +12v in fuse box or kick panel.
- Mute output to either mute the aftermarket radio or to turn if off when OnStar is active.
- OnStar Volume control via factory steering wheel audio controls or click wheel.
- New radio will operate with the vehicle RAP (Retained Accessory Power) system, which is 10 minutes or until a door is opened.
- The OS-2CTS does not retain the factory XM receiver, you will lose this option when the factory radio is replaced with an aftermarket radio.
- You may use this interface even if the vehicle does not have OnStar but need the interface with the factory amplifier.
- OnStar must be enabled using the OnStar button on the rear view mirror, steering wheel OnStar button will not enable OnStar.
- OnStar volume is not adjustable on CTS-V and SRX models, volume is preset at medium level.
- The Cadillac SRX with Factory Navigation Radios do not use the same connectors as supplied.
- Retains OnStar when the factory radio is replaced
- Retains Bose amplified audio system
- Retains all safety warning chimes
- Maintains a healthy status on the Class II databus
- Plug-in installation for Cadillac CTS or SRX
