- Q: How can I use my mobile video system for playing PlayStation, Game Cube, Xbox, etc.?
- A: All gaming consoles have RCA cables (male ends) leading out of the game console that should be connected to a TV INPUT (female end). Simple connection: Game console RCA outputs should be connected to the female ends of the special AV cable. The special AV cable would be connected to the AV IN jack on the video system. To make sure the video system is switched to the AV IN mode, slide the toggle switch on the side of the unit to AV IN. **NOTE: Only applies to models with AV-in feature. Please refer to your Owner’s Manual for feature list.
- Q: I have an error message "Invalid Region".
- A: This indicates that the DVD inserted is a supported format but is coded to another geographic region.
- Q: My twin screen works in the car but not when an AC adaptor is connected to the main supply.
- A: Twin screen models are designed as "in car" products and are thus not normally supplied with an AC adapter for use in the home. If the player operates correctly in the car when utilizing the supplied Car Power Adapter, then the player is not faulty.
- Q: Does my mobile DVD system support DVD recordable disks?
- A: There is no support for DVD recorded media. In general, our DVD players will play DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R and DVD-RW, but it depends on how the video is recorded to the media. To be sure, please contact your DVD burner support service.
