Quality Mobile Video's Shipping information

Quality Mobile Video ships from a variety of locations throughout the United States. We provide a time in transit map on all product pages that gives an approximate time in transit. Time in transit can change based on where the item ships from. We do our best to ship most items from our California location. If an item is out of stock in our California warehouse it may ship from another warehouse without notification.

Shipping rates are available via our shipping calculator which is located here. A zip code will need to be entered in order to provide a cost. All shipping options to your location will be provided.



Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are based on destination zip code, size, weight of the package, and insurance for the full value of the item which guards against theft or damage while in transit.
  • Select items qualify for shipping promotions including free shipping.
  • Items that are shipped free are limited to the Contiguous US only and subject to change at any time.

We ship items through a variety of carriers to offer you multiple shipping options. Fed Ex is our default carrier and all packages will ship with Fed Ex unless otherwise specified. We do offer services through USPS, and UPS. All major carriers offer expedited service and they are available through our checkout process.



Fed Ex shipping options

  • Priority Overnight - Door-to-door, next-business-day, morning delivery to most metropolitan areas. Saturday Service is available.
  • Standard Overnight - Door-to-door, next-business-day, end of business day delivery to most metropolitan areas.
  • Fed Ex 2Day - Door-to-door delivery by 5 p.m. on the second business day to most metropolitan areas.
  • Fed Ex Economy - Door-to-door delivery by 5 p.m. in 1 to 3 business days to most metropolitan areas.
  • Fed Ex Ground - Cost-effective, on-time delivery in 1 to 7 business days.
  • Fed Ex Home Delivery - Residential Delivery Tuesday through Saturday in 1 to 7 business days.


USPS

  • Express Mail - Overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses.
  • Priority Mail - Fast and affordable shipping for documents and packages within 2 to 3 days.
  • Parcel Post - This economical ground service is perfect when your delivery isn’t urgent, or your package is oversized within 2 to 8 days.
  • USPS is the only carrier that can ship to APO addresses and Post Office boxes.


Signature and Insurance

  • We require all packages be shipped with insurance. We require to to protect you and us in the event of damage or theft while in transit. Packages cannot be re-routed or picked up.
  • We require all shipment over $100 to be accepted by an individual at the location the item is being shipped to, a signature will be required. Packages cannot be re-routed or picked up.

We ship to a variety of locations around the world. We have restrictions that are listed below



U.S.A. Customers

  • Your residential addresses.
  • Your place of business.
  • US territories.
  • We do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts, freight forwarders, Fed Ex and UPS locations.


International Customers

  • Your confirmed home address.
  • We do not ship to your place of business, hotels, motels, or resorts.
  • We reserve the right to block certain products and shipments from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions, and security concerns.
  • Fed Ex Economy - Door-to-door delivery by 5 p.m. in 1 to 3 business days to most metropolitan areas.
  • All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of you as the importer
  • We do ship to international locations. Currently we ship to US, Europe non Eastern, Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Africa and Korea. If you fall outside of these areas please contact us by phone to arrange delivery at 011-818-242-9461. For international payment terms click here
  • You as the importer are solely responsible for all imports duties, taxes, V.A.T. and all other fees associated with importation of a foreign product. All prices displayed on the website are in US dollars and do not include any international fees and taxes. Any refusal to pay these fees does not constitute a cancellation of the order. Any returned items due to refused duties and taxes are subject to a double shipping charges and a restocking fee as per our return policy.


USPS

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to pickup times we have certain shipping cut off time to ensure delivery times. Most orders ship the same day they are received if they are received before the cutoff time. Occasionally we do have a handling time due to not having an item in stock or on special orders. Typically this handling time in no more than 2 days. Any order received on the Saturday or Sunday ships the next business day. Some orders are subject to different cut off times due to items being shipped from the manufacturer.



Cutoff times

  • Ground shipments from our Glendale CA. warehouse the cutoff time is 3:30pm. Some arrangements can be made outside these hours but please call prior.
  • Air shipments from our Glendale CA. warehouse the cutoff time is 3:00pm. Some arrangements can be made outside these hours but please call prior.
  • Any shipments outside of our Glendale CA. warehouse the cutoff time is 12:00pm.
  • If you are concerned about cut off times or time in transit please call us at 800-363-0096.
  • Some arrangements can be made outside these posted hours but arrangements must be made over the phone.

To ensure delivery on a specific day, expedited services are required. Ground shipments are not guaranteed services.

In the event of a purchase you decide to return, we offer several options to return the goods to us. To complete a return click here. We can e-mail a return shipping label via Fed ex or UPS to you. These labels are subject to a shipping charge. The return shipping cost is $10 per label and will be deducted from your return. We do provide return labels free of charge on defective items. If a return label is provided free of charge on a defective item and the item is received in working order a $10 charge will apply.

Claim of Loss or Shortage

Packages can occasionally go lost or can be damaged in transit. We are here to help you, we insure all packages that leave our door. Please contact us within 48 hours of the arrival time to initiate a claim.
