Quality Mobile Video's Shipping information
Quality Mobile Video ships from a variety of locations throughout the United States. We provide a time in transit map on all product pages that gives an approximate time in transit. Time in transit can change based on where the item ships from. We do our best to ship most items from our California location. If an item is out of stock in our California warehouse it may ship from another warehouse without notification.
Shipping rates are available via our shipping calculator which is located here. A zip code will need to be entered in order to provide a cost. All shipping options to your location will be provided.
We ship items through a variety of carriers to offer you multiple shipping options. Fed Ex is our default carrier and all packages will ship with Fed Ex unless otherwise specified. We do offer services through USPS, and UPS. All major carriers offer expedited service and they are available through our checkout process.

We do ship to international locations. Currently we ship to US, Europe non Eastern, Canada, Mexico, Australia, South Africa and Korea. If you fall outside of these areas please contact us by phone to arrange delivery at 011-818-242-9461. For international payment terms click here.
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to pickup times we have certain shipping cut off time to ensure delivery times. Most orders ship the same day they are received if they are received before the cutoff time. Occasionally we do have a handling time due to not having an item in stock or on special orders. Typically this handling time in no more than 2 days. Any order received on the Saturday or Sunday ships the next business day. Some orders are subject to different cut off times due to items being shipped from the manufacturer.

To ensure delivery on a specific day, expedited services are required. Ground shipments are not guaranteed services.
In the event of a purchase you decide to return, we offer several options to return the goods to us. To complete a return click here. We can e-mail a return shipping label via Fed ex or UPS to you. These labels are subject to a shipping charge. The return shipping cost is $10 per label and will be deducted from your return. We do provide return labels free of charge on defective items. If a return label is provided free of charge on a defective item and the item is received in working order a $10 charge will apply.
