Power Acoustik EG1-2500D 1 Channel Class D Amplifier - 2500 Watts
- Power Acoustik EG1-2500D Class D Monoblock Amplifier
- Designed as a dedicated subwoofer amplifier
- 1 Ohm stable for for optimal subwoofer wiring
- 1250 Watts RMS x 1 channels @1-Ohms
- 800 Watts RMS x 1 channels @2-Ohms
- RCA level inputs
The EG1-2500D is an elegantly designed amplifier with 2500 watts of maximum power output. The 1-ohm Monoblock Operation delivers a insane output with and allows you to configure your subwoofers the way you want. The MOSFET Power Supply houses a robustly constructed PCB with PWM. The internal circuitry is protected from direct shortages, thermal hazards and overload of power. If you have a factory stereo system, you can further enhance its audio levels with the High/Speaker level that accepts the speaker signal and Low level RCA inputs which accepts signal from the pre-amp outputs of the source unit.
4 Gauge Power wiring and 8 Gauge speaker wire outputs enables a higher and stable flow of current. Enjoy the pure audio quality with variable 12dB High and Low Pass crossovers. Feel the beats with the 12dB Bass Boost system that increases the Low Octave melodies. The 180° Phase Shift on the other hand is designed to improve the Low Octave Dynamics. Control the your bass level easily with the included dash mount remote control.

Car amplifier installation
We show you the complete process of installing a Pioneer Double DIN car stereo in a Chevy truck. The in-depth video shows the installation of the interface, and steering wheel control.
Amplifier Installation basics
Let's start with the basics of adding or installing a car amplifier. First you will need to plan your installation and power wiring, this usually is the most difficult part of the installation for most.
How to choose the proper wire size explained
What size power wire do I need for my amplifier? Well, that depends on the length of the wire and the power consumption of the amplifier. We walk you through how to choose the right gauge wire and wire material depending on your amplifier installation requirements.
How to wire speakers and subwoofers to your new amplifier
In our third video we demonstrate the various ways you can wire speakers and amplifiers to all types of amplifiers. There different ways to do this depending on the type of amplifier you choose to purchase.
What is gain? How do I set it properly?
In our fourth video we demonstrate how to set the gains on your amplifier to prevent damage to your speakers, subwoofers and even possibly your new amplifier. Using a portable oscilloscope we show you how to set your gains.
