Power Acoustik EG4-1500 4 Channel Class AB Amplifier - 1500 Watts
- Power Acoustik EG4-1500 Class AB 4-Channel Amplifier
- Designed as a dedicated full range audio amplifier
- 2 Ohm stable in stereo and 4 ohm stable in mono
- 185 Watts RMS x 4 channels @2-Ohms
- 95 Watts RMS x 4 channels @4-Ohms
- 4-RCA level inputs
The EG4-1500 is an elegantly designed amplifier with 1,500 watts of maximum power output. It provides 4-channel stereo output with possible impedances of 2-ohms and 4-ohms and can be dual bridged for 2-channel operation with an impedance of 4 ohms. The MOSFET Power Supply houses a robustly constructed PCB with PWM. The internal circuitry is protected from direct shortages, thermal hazards and overload of power. If you have a factory stereo system, you can further enhance its audio levels with the High/Speaker level that accepts the speaker signal and Low level RCA inputs which accepts signal from the pre-amp outputs of the source unit.
4 Gauge Power wiring and 8 Gauge speaker wire outputs enables a higher and stable flow of current. Enjoy the pure audio quality with variable 12dB High and Low Pass crossovers.

Car amplifier installation
We show you the complete process of installing a Pioneer Double DIN car stereo in a Chevy truck. The in-depth video shows the installation of the interface, and steering wheel control.
Amplifier Installation basics
Let's start with the basics of adding or installing a car amplifier. First you will need to plan your installation and power wiring, this usually is the most difficult part of the installation for most.
How to choose the proper wire size explained
What size power wire do I need for my amplifier? Well, that depends on the length of the wire and the power consumption of the amplifier. We walk you through how to choose the right gauge wire and wire material depending on your amplifier installation requirements.
How to wire speakers and subwoofers to your new amplifier
In our third video we demonstrate the various ways you can wire speakers and amplifiers to all types of amplifiers. There different ways to do this depending on the type of amplifier you choose to purchase.
What is gain? How do I set it properly?
In our fourth video we demonstrate how to set the gains on your amplifier to prevent damage to your speakers, subwoofers and even possibly your new amplifier. Using a portable oscilloscope we show you how to set your gains.
